Is there a free trial?
Yes â the Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to every feature so you can evaluate PeopleHQ properly before committing.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for each active employee in your PeopleHQ account. Contractors, admins, and deactivated employees do not count toward your seat count.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any point. If you upgrade mid-cycle we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and bank transfers for annual Enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely via Xendit.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Registered non-profits receive 40% off all paid plans. Early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under $1M raised) get 50% off Growth for the first year. Email us to apply.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You get a 30-day export window after cancellation. We export everything â employees, payroll history, documents, review records â in standard formats.
